What Omnacy is
Omnacy is a care-navigation tool. It helps you find a specialist, understand what your insurance plan covers, and get an AI-generated second read on your symptoms before you see a doctor. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor.
Not a medical emergency service
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (999 in the UK, 998 in the UAE). Do not use Omnacy in place of emergency care.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
Don't use Omnacy to submit false medical information, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date below when we do.
Live care directories
Where enabled, live map listings use Google Maps. Their use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Directory statements do not establish clinical suitability, personal insurance cover or an appointment.
